PRODUCTION LINE
Our material suppliers are strictly selected and we have our own assembly plant. The production line is standardized and professional, and QC teams are responsible for the whole process to ensure that the quality and appearance of our products can meet 100% of customers' requirements.
FAVRE's assembly plant has passed IS09001 with a series of tests and high requirements for quality control. The environment of the plant is clean and tidy with orderly management.
Acrylic takes multiple polishes. For acrylic of regular shape, diamond polishing machines are used to polish it to ensure that the glossiness it presents reaches 90%. The other 10% is due to the texture produced by the machining process, so it will be reprocessed with a polishing bob. This ensures that the acrylic has a perfect shine.
The dispensing of acrylic is handled by senior workers with more than ten years of experience. We can guarantee that the details of the product are handled perfectly and of high quality.
Our injection processing plant is fully automated, which ensures that the paint of displays is evenly adhered, and the surface is delicate and beautiful.The processed product will be dried twice in the drying chamber and the drying machine respectively. Therefore, the display has a high quality appearance and a long service life.
This is our highly accurate photo machine with brilliant and full color ink, good fluidity and low corrosiveness.

In 2015, FAVRE established a R&D team for functional displays development.
In 2016, we communicated and cooperated with more overseas clients through the Hong Kong exhibition.
In 2017, FAVRE started to cooperate with global brands like Homedics, Audiovoxx, Southern Telecom etc.
In 2018, FAVRE started to work with more global famous clients like iHome, Simplehuman, Anker etc.

1.CONCEPT TO DESIGN
Meet with client to define and discuss requirements, and fill out RFQ form.
2.DETAILED COMMUNICATION
CMF is based on budget, PCB layout, software and structure engineering design. One pager provided if customer need to sell the displays to their vendors.
3.MANUFACTURING
Detailed engineering design and sampling for signing. All products are manufactured in-house utilizing our full range of materials and equipment.
4.TESTING
Full control of all tests, including but more than HI-POT, DROP,TEMPRETURE etc., to ensure the quality of the displays.
5.LOGISTIC
Any terms can be chosen as we can do from EX-WORK to DDP.
6.AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All documents from design to MP can be available for viewing through our files control system. 24 hours call for after sale service is always available for your need.
